Getting Ready for Christmas

Every year on the Friday after Thanksgiving, we pull all of the Christmas decorations out.  All during the day, it looks like a Christmas tornado has hit our house, but by the end of the day it really feels like Christmas in our home.  Of course the kids love to put on all the Santa and elf hats and Christmas music is a must.  On the Monday after Thanksgiving we always go and pick out our tree.  For some reason, Whitney thinks she is in charge of picking our tree, so until She finds the right one, no other one will do.(:  She picked a great one this year.  We take it home and all decorate it together.  Every year we watch "White Christmas" while we are decorating.  We always get about half way through it, so this year we started it in the middle and got to see the end (I love that movie).  Anyway, it officially feels like it is Christmas time at our house.
