The 24th of July has always been one of my favorite holidays. I love being with family, celebrating Fiesta Days, and just being able to enjoy all of the fun things going on. The 24th is a crazy day for our family. This year, the girls and I went early in the morning and watched my sister and her kids run the Speedy Spaniard. Amazing of course. Then we headed off to the parade. Whitney rode in the parade with the Lakers who picked her up to play with them at state. They took first place, so she was excited to ride in the parade with them. After the parade we headed up to my Uncle Chad's house, where Natalie and Nicki hosted our traditional swimming party. When we were all swimmed out, we headed back home and Mike's family came over for a bbq and fireworks. It was a super long day, but that's what makes it such a great holiday.
