I Don't Even Know What to Title This!?!

I don't really want to complain...ok, maybe I do a little.(: I love my life...don't get me wrong, but I am constantly a little surprised with all that I have to put up with.

You see, my sweet husband has this GREAT hobby! He loves cows. Yes, I did know this before I married him, and yes, at one time I will admit, I thought it was kind of fun. I wasn't raised around animals, I was as much as a city slicker as you can be in good ol' Springville, Utah. So when I met Mike, it was a whole new exciting world.

Now that we have been married for almost 14 years, the excitement of constantly being around animals has worn off, just a little.(: If you know me, you know that I am NOT a fan of animals. If you have one, I am not trying to offend anyone, but they are just not for me. So the other day when I heard "mooing" while I was doing the laundry, I just had to laugh a little. Oh my crazy life!

Yes, the night before, Mike had brought one of the sick calves home and he decided that my salon would be the best place for it. Sometimes in life, I find that it is just best to grin and bear it, and that is exactly what I did in this case. I woke up to a house that totally smelled like a barn. I sprayed smelly spray all day and tried not to think about all the pee and crap that was building up on my salon floor (yes, that's what I said)!

Anyway, the calf ended up dying (which I really was sad about), and yes, my husband spent a good hour cleaning my salon, so all is back to the way it was before...thankgoodness. At least until he brings home the next one.(:

Lucky...who wasn't so lucky. So sad.
