Katelynn has been doing gymnastics for awhile now. She actually started taking when she was 4 and they couldn't believe what a natural she was. She took until she was about 6 or 7 and then she decided that it was too scary (she saw a girl fall off the beam and the ambulance had to come). She would fight me and cry and cry about going, so I finally took her out. She continued to constantly do gymnastic moves at home, so when she was about 10, or 10 and a half, Mike and I decided that it was time for a little tuff love and we made her go back. She pretty much had to work her way back up again. In the middle of the summer they moved her up to level 4 which means she is competing now. She had her first meet a couple of weekends ago, and she TOTALLY LOVED it! She seriously has so much muscle, it's crazy! She did really well and took 3rd over all in her age group. Good thing for tuff love, huh!(:

How fun! That would have been really hard to see a fellow classmate fall and be taken away by ambulance. I am glad that you got her to try it again, she looks very happy!
WOW! That's so awesome that she did so great! Maybe I should have her come and teach our RS a few moves at Super Saturday! :) That would be a fun class... no? lol!
