Sing, sing a song...

 

So, Whitney is totally going to hate this picture, but I had to post it anyway.  Last year, Whitney received a letter from her Choir teacher inviting her to be in Concert Choir.  Most kids have to try out, unless you get a letter.  We were really proud of her.  Whitney can TOTALLY sing (which by the way, she did NOT get from me).  However, she refuses to sing alone in public.  We asked her why she didn't have a solo in her performance, and she let us know that she flat out told her teacher that she would not sing a solo.  She won't even sing at home for me if I ask her to.  Anyway, we are proud of her and for now, I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with listening to her sing to the radio in the car.(:
